Finally found and fixed engine rough on takeoff problem

After what has seemed like months of problems where, on take off about the time i passed end of runway on take off the engine would start running rough and almost quit. After going thru magneto, wires, plugs, fuel delivery system and carbs. found float on left carb set a little low.  Raised it slightly and went from 250 jets to 260 jets.  Tried take off on min. fuel in tank and after getting on downwind put the nose up to just above stall, remained at full power and climbed for 5 minutes.  made steep turns left and right 90 degrees, no problems.  When i filled up after getting back on ground tank had less than a pint in it.
